Geographers develop their investigative skills

GCSE Geography students have been fine tuning their fieldwork investigative skills during a residential trip to Box Hill Country Park in Surrey.

Students investigated the extent to which visitors affect the environment of Box Hill as well as how the construction of the Harbour arm has affected rates of deposition in Newhaven.

Box Hill forms part of the North Downs and is home to a wide variety of wildlife and plants.
