Media Resources Officer: Carolyn Serter

The Media Resources department is able to offer a full reprographic service. There are 2 black and white photocopiers with booklet-making facilities plus a colour copier and print finishing equipment.
Advice and collaboration
The Media Resources Officer is available to give advice on presentation of topics and curricular matters, as well as technical help. She is also able to design and produce learning materials in collaboration with teaching staff, using a Macintosh-based Desktop Publishing system. The MRO is assisted by two part time print technicians.
Our facilities
The department is able to offer the use of:
- 2 computers: 1 Apple G3, a networked PC which is networked to an A3/4 colour copier
- A4 colour scanning networked to Apple G3
- colour output to an A3 laser printer
- Recording of off air TV programmes onto video or dvd
- Digital video and camera recording and editing
The department is able to loan digital cameras and video camcorder, portable OHPs and portable audio cassette recorders. We are also able to offer audio-visual consumables on a charge back system. The MRO is also responsible for updating the school's Web site.
