Making hats to learn about the brain

Year 12 A-level students took to making hats with a difference to support their study of Biological Psychology.

The brightly coloured paper hats were illustrated and labelled with different areas of the brain.

Biological Psychology looks at how brain, neurotransmitters, and other aspects of biology influence behaviour, thoughts and feelings.

Psychology is one of the fastest growing A-levels in the country. In addition to careers that require a Psychology degree, it is beneficial to other areas of work including marketing, nursing, advertising, social work, teaching, human resources, careers guidance and public services.
